| Through education, information and
community development, Mental Health Promotion
champions mental wellness, reduces the stigma of mental
illness and fosters a proactive approach among the residents
of Brant county to maintain their mental health. |

- Seminars and workshops on stress management,
depression, suicide intervention training, stigma
reduction, mental illness, and other related topics are
delivered upon request
- Library books, videos, pamphlets, audio tapes and
other educational materials are available in agency
lending library.
- Promotion of Mental Health Week and Mental Illness
