Come join our fitness activities this month and get active!  We will be going out places as well as getting active right in our centre.

REMINDERS:

Remember to bring in slippers or an extra pair of shoes for the winter season to keep centre clean and non-slippery.  Please use the hand sanitizer when you come in or out of centre.

Celebrate Black History Month:

Please sign up on the board for the next few months if you are interested in doing a theme day on your background and doing a lunch based on your culture.
