Entire Agreement. The Agreement together with
the appended Schedules constitutes the entire Agreement
between the Parties with respect to the subject matter
contained in the Agreement and supersedes all prior oral or
written representations and agreements.
The Parties have executed the Agreement on the dates set out
below.
