13.1 |
Notice. Notice means any notice or other
communication required to be provided pursuant to the
Agreement, the Act, or the CFMA. A Notice will be in writing; delivered
personally, by pre-paid courier, or sent by facsimile with
confirmation of receipt, or by any form of mail where the
evidence of receipt is provided by the post office. A
notice may not be sent by e-mail. A Notice will be
addressed to the other Party as provided below or as
either Party will later designate to the other in writing: |
